Qualitative interviews

In some contexts, written surveys with predefined multiple-choice answers are not the best choice. We are able to identify and point out these situations and to help our customers find the right solution.

For example, we hold qualitative interviews and audits if the aim of the survey is to explore new problems or obtain an expert opinion, or if the aim is to find out how the corporate values are perceived in the company’s different business units, or how far and how well specific processes are being implemented in the company.

Based on our sound methodology, we build the appropriate controls into the survey to avoid the different kinds of measurement error that may occur in interviews, such as interviewee response bias. This enables us to develop a set of base data that can be meaningfully interpreted and from which suitable follow-up measures can be derived.
