Internal customer surveys

Customer focus is not just a question of interaction with external customers in the marketplace. It starts with working together internally. For some business units, it is crucial to find out how their behavior and performance is perceived in the company and where there is a need for improvement.

Here too, we always place the greatest importance on a tailored approach: Taking what is known as a “business partner model,” we identify the goal and purpose of the survey as well as the mission and tasks of the business unit. Building from there, we hold a joint workshop with our customers to work out some initial suggestions for topics. We then draw up questions that will elicit some practical starting points for improvement.

We then present the survey results to the project managers. We do not content ourselves with simply describing the data here: Our evaluations and interpretations are in depth and provide a clear picture of the fundamental contexts and “adjusting levers." Finally, from a neutral standpoint, we make constructive and action-focused recommendations as to what to do next.
