360-degree feedback assessments are now an established management development and assessment tool in many companies.

We advise and accompany our customers throughout the project, from questionnaire development to roll-out right through to assessment and reporting of the results. If the customer wishes, we also provide individual support for supervisors for interpreting the results, discussing them with the employees and deriving and implementing appropriate measures.
