For actual roll-out of the survey, we advise our customers as to the pros and cons of the different means of survey administration, supply the criteria to help them decide and provide further support in the form of detailed checklists.

Depending on the workforce and infrastructure, we collect the data either by means of a paper-and-pencil survey and/or an Internet-based online survey.

Paper-and-pencil survey
We supply our customers with quality survey materials which comply with conventional corporate standards in terms of appearance and form. We organize glitch-free, dependable delivery of the materials to the different locations worldwide.

Online survey
We have designed our online survey to allow problem-free processing despite simultaneous access by thousands of users – whether from the office, home or on the fly. Needless to say, this is done in compliance with the highest security and data protection standards.

During the survey, we report the participation rates to our customers daily in order to allow for effective reminder and participation management.
