After the survey, we help senior managers and supervisors to interpret the results and set up appropriate follow-up processes.

Senior management presentations
We regard our senior management presentations as one of our particular strength. These form the prelude to the follow-up process of a strategic ES and are based on an in-depth, non-standard data analysis. Here, LOGIT not only presents the results of the ES but also recommends actions. Through them, our top-level consultants help managers to understand the big picture and to interpret the significance of the data for business management. We have years of experience in this field and regularly receive excellent feedback from top management.

Follow-up processes – basic design
In line with our strategic approach, we recommend designing follow-up as a top-down process. This means that the management interprets and evaluates the overall results shortly after the data is collected. One important point is that management should swiftly and visibly prescribe the direction that the follow-up processes should take at the subordinate levels – or at least the principal (strategically relevant) topics for the organization as a whole.
We use our experience to advise managers and project leaders about the do’s and don'ts and how to time the process to ensure that roll-out is efficient and effective.

Reports
After the results have been presented to senior managers, each supervisor usually receives a special evaluation for his or her area of responsibility. Here, we make sure that the managers get exactly the information they need to be able to make effective use of the ES results. Our reports are visual and can be drawn up very rapidly for thousands of supervisors, if necessary in several languages. Supervisors are able to download their reports themselves through our download platform. – a highly convenient, efficient and fast way of distributing results.

Proficiency and support for managers
However, even the best ES design in the world will not work if the managers and employees are unwilling or unable to make use of the ES data. This is why we place great importance on proficiency and support for managers. Our tried-and-tested toolbox gives all managers the means of conducting the follow-up process unaided. In addition, we offer classroom-based training courses and Web-based mini-courses. In certain cases, it is advisable to provide additional custom support for managers during the follow-up process, ideally by deploying internal ES experts. We prepare them thoroughly for this task. If this is not possible, we conduct the neccessary training courses, workshops and coaching sessions ourselves.
