Our coaching sessions also help supervisors to recognize needs and opportunities for action, to identify hidden problems and to set realistic goals for themselves. This kind of personal coaching session also offers the advantage of a confidential setting with a neutral third party. It provides scope for eye-to-eye discussion of subjects that would otherwise be taboo within the organization.
