How we go about it

We treat each case as unique and requiring a tailored solution. We always start by taking stock of the company’s current situation; that is, your company specifics: Corporate situation, strategy, principal strategic initiatives and challenges, experience of ES, previous procedure and rules, existing commitment, ES know-how and so on. On this basis, we work with you to position the survey, define its objectives and draw up a detailed project plan for the ES. Based on this positioning, we then draw up the overall design, develop concepts, or adapt existing ones, for the individual components of the ES in alignment with the general ES process, coordinate them and, finally, implement them. One absolutely crucial part is the evaluation phase after an ES cycle during which, together with you, we evaluate the “lessons learned” and analyze the readiness and capacity of the organization to go one step further in the next ES cycle.

Our people have years of experience with this implementation approach and have many different platforms/models, standards and practical examples to refer to. That facilitates the task of designing the most suitable ES for you and helping it to evolve.
